Conducting its business in Indonesia, a Company must have a legal entity that refers to the laws in force in Indonesia and have completed a number of documents required according to its business. Business license must be approved by the BKPM for both domestic and FDI for multi-national corporate legal entity must obtain Authorization from the department of law and human rights.
DUTA PRAMANTARA also gives a comprehensive assistance to provide: SIUP, TDP, NPWP, the Company Domicile, certification from the relevant agencies are another companion documents for the company to run business.
